Mike Ferrari

Founder and Owner Ferrari Innovation Solutions

 

Mike has led and created innovation across the globe. Developing and managing an innovation portfolio to grow and sustain business results has become a passion. Breaking down the fundamentals of innovation methodologies to educate, guide and inspire corporate leaders and teams is the essence of “Reigniting Growth Through Leadership & Innovation” workshop. Mike has played a key role in helping clients (HP and start-ups) successfully launch new technologies into the marketplace and a guest lecture professor at the University of Florida.

 

Mike completed a successful 32 year career as an R&D Assoc. Director at The Procter & Gamble Co. His diverse assignments, including 6.5 years as an international manager, have provided opportunities to recruit and train top talent to develop a world class R&D organization. Mike has delivered initiatives to the marketplace for some of the world’s leading billion dollar brands that have enabled Procter & Gamble to “win at the first and second moments of truth."

 

Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduate studies in Business Administration. He is the sole and co-inventor of several patents and winner of the prestigious 2009 & 2010 DuPont Packaging Innovation Award.

Keith Lawrence

Keith is a student of high performance, having spent four decades traveling over three million miles across a hundred companies learning about the secrets to sustained success. Keith began his career with the Procter and Gamble Company and worked across a number of billion dollar brands in both line leadership as well as Human Resources. He led worldwide efforts to redefine the Supply Chain, implement High Performance Work Systems, ignite Growth through Innovation, accelerate Leadership Development and onboard over 30,000 new employees.

 

Keith is the founder of the firm Sustaining Success Solutions, LLC. This practice is focused on enabling people and organization’s to deliver breakthrough results while fulfilling the personal aspirations of its members. Keith’s experience has led him to engagements with over 15,000 people in 20 countries and 44 states and partnering with companies such as G.E., Staples, Sun Products, Nielsen, Whirlpool, UBS, Bridgestone, Kellogg, and others. He is an adjunct partner of Dave Ulrich's RBL Institute, the world’s leading Human Resources think tank.

 

Keith graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and has completed his MBA. His newest book is titled “Your Retirement Quest - Ten Secrets to Creating And Living A Fulfilling Retirement.” He has also published several articles, spoken at numerous forums and is a member of several boards and advisory councils.
